HOW TO BOOK (from 10.10.2025)
Please complete the relevant form by clicking on the links below.
15 minutes either side of the booking time is allocated for setting up / clearing away FOC, if you require more time for this please include this in your booking's length of time.
Should we be able to accommodate your booking you will be sent a confirmation email and an invoice with a link to the payments page. We accept Paypal, BACS or cheque. We do not accept cash.
Invoices are payable 14 days in advance of your booking date at the latest BUT your session is not reserved until we receive payment.
PRICES
Please note that there is £100 refundable deposit on all bookings.
Costs for hiring the hall are as follows:
Non residents - £50 per session
Residents - £35 per session
Sessions are:
Morning 8am - 12.30pm
Afternoon 12.30pm - 5pm
Evening 5pm - 10.30pm
Corporate bookings (2 sessions): £150
PLEASE NOTE
If the bar is required bar staff are charged at £15 per hour each. 1 member of staff is required per 50 guests. There is half an hour either side of the booking time charged for, to allow for opening up and closing down of the bar.
All booking are negotiable, please contact us via the relevant booking form to enquire.
